1.Saudi citizen (including Saudi Chinese), who obtains a valid Saudi passport going to HongKong SAR for business or tourism with duration of stay less than 30 days, may go through entry formalities when arriving HongKong port. If the duration of stay will be more than 30 days, the Saudi citizen has to obtain a HongKong SAR visa.
2.For applying a Hong Kong Visa, the applicant has to submit the following papers:
The invitation letter from any The company sponsor letter notarized by the local Chamber of Commerce. Personal account or sponsor's account (e.g. company) statement issued by any commercial bank. Copy of the passport, iqama and exit & re-entry visa. Fill an application form affixed with one photo on it. Every paper mentioned above should be in English.
Fees:For the communication, the applicant has to pay 160 SR. When the application is approved, the applicant has to pay 120 SR for the visa. If an urgent process is required, an additional express fee 80/120 SR has to be paid.
It normally takes 2 to 6 weeks to process an entry visa application. Please refrain from making inquiries about pushing the progress of the application unless it is absolutely necessary, as it may delay the processing of the application.
