The Further Adjustments to Visas and Entry Policies for Foreigners include:

1. The entry function of visas issued before March 28, 2020 and within the effective period will be resumed.

2. Chinese Consulate-General in Jeddah will resume the review and issue of all types of visas for foreigners to China. Please refer to the relevant instructions for details (http://jeddah.china-consulate.gov.cn/eng/xgxw/202303/t20230314_11041459.htm)

3. Port visa authorities will resume the review and issue of all kinds of port visas for legal reasons.

4. Visa-free entry to Hainan province, visa-free entry for cruises to Shanghai, visa-free entry to Guangdong province for foreigners from Hong Kong and Macao and visa-free entry to Guilin, Guangxi for ASEAN tourist groups will be resumed.
